Noise from neighboring rooms can be a real issue!!! Limited Wi-Fi availability frustrating for many guests!!! The outdated decor and facilities leave something to be desired!!!

Thank you for the good stay for a vacation. Caring and thoughtful staff as one would expect. The units were well-appointed and modern with a great bathroom. Offers stunning location in a magnificent area. Would absolutely stay here again, the property exceeded all expectations.

Really enjoyed Murren, the hotel was nice back to tram station. Our room was amazingly comfortable with exceptionally comfortable beds. The location was stunning and unbeatable, steps away from Murren - Birg. It was also short walk to Wilderswil, near Interlaken and beautiful Murren and Muerren at...

The cocktails at the bar were really good, especially the Negroni! The friendly reception staff provided great local insights, making our stay feel personalized.

Great location and comfy bed, but no Wi-Fi in the room was inconvenient.

The venue is clean, the staff is very very nice and courteous. The breakfast is very tasty with many different selections of foods, had outstanding food.

The staff was always helpful and more than accommodating. The room was excellent, very modern and very comfortable. The Hotel breakfast was the best we experienced in the region and the restaurant served a delicious dinner with ample choices. We are excited to have the opportunity to stay here again in the future!

The hotel staff was really really supportive. They've guided me how to get to the hotel via cable-car, they waited for my late arrival, and I was really well served over there. The view of this hotel is just amazing. The rooms are very confortable.I definitely will go back there!

Really good service and fine views!

The hotel is located in a beautiful mountain setting. We were able to hike into the alpine from the backdoor and enjoy the Swiss wild flowers. The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was impressive and overall it was a lovely stay.

Bed too hard. Hotel to refresh

We had a fantastic group vacation! The spacious apartment made it easy for us to relax after our adventures of hiking and mountain biking. Breakfast was great, and the staff was super friendly. The views were fine and really added to the experience! Highly recommend.

The only downside was that finding the hotel from the train station was a bit tricky, so definitely ask for a pickup if you can.
